What what what! The Daily Mail has photos of this incredibly odd situation involving a man nearly backing out of the 7th floor in a multi-level parking garage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The scene was chaotic but I can’t help but think that this could have been a great art installation too if only it wasn’t an accident. Oh well.
This is why you should never build garages out of foam covered in concrete. For some buildings, that works fine… but not garages.
