Wow, this kind of took my by surprise. Canon just announced the brand-new Canon IXUS 300 HS compact digital camera with a high-sensitivity DIGIC 4 sensor to handle low-light photography (would be perfect for sneaking into concerts). This camera is encased in a full stainless steel body and can handle shooting HD video (720p) to an SD card. In addition, Canon also implements a high-speed 240fps shooting mode for slow-motion video and packs 10MP into the camera.

I want this. Mostly because of the steel. I’m so brutal on cameras :(
