   cool. look at the number of skid patches you and i have vs. what norman has (46 x 20). i had no idea i only had 3.

   I’m not sure if this calculator is correct. I don’t think the skid patches always double when skidding with both feet. This is by finding the skid patch number by the simplifying the denominator (to the nearest whole number) if the ratio is put as a fraction of chain ring/cog. Where then the denominator (simplified cog number) is the number of skid patches. double that number of skid patches if both numerator and denominator are odd AND you skid with both feet forward. If the numerator or denominator are even I don’t think it doubles.
