Dan Noyes from KGO-TV ABC 7 went to Laguna Honda Hospital to do an investigative report about misuse of funds from the hospital’s Patient Gift Fund. Noyes entered the hospital hoping to talk to the director but the hospital communications PR, Marc Slavin decided to butt in and have a chat with Dan instead. To start the conversation, Marc began touching Dan and that’s when things started to get weird.
