
Mark Tipple has a very interesting on-going project he calls “The Underwater Project” that documents the events that take place beneath the breaking waves in the ocean. He’s captured some amazing shots of people floating beneath the surface and the crashing waves around them make them sort of look like they’re flying in the clouds.
