Did you think California was a pretty weird place? Well, wait until you see this photo and video project from Drea Cooper & Zackary Canepari of California Is A Place about the man behind Real Doll.

For those who don’t know, Real Doll is the company behind some very anatomically correct life-sized dolls — so anatomically correct in fact that many people buy one to use as a sex toy.

The phenomenon hit mainstream a while back with the film Lars and the Real Girl (a weird film, but one I’d recommend seeing if you haven’t already).
