Ok seriously, why is the US not on the list of countries to get this version of the Ford Focus RS. Back in 2008, it was reported that the meaner and sleeker European version of the Ford Focus was to hit US shores but as far as I’m concerned, we still have that stupid American version on our lots.
C’mon! If somebody can explain to me why an American car company like Ford have better versions of their vehicles in other countries, then I’ll gladly shut up and never talk about this again. All I know is, I really want to drive this Ford Focus RS.
Oh, and here’s a video of a Nissan GTR vs a Ford Focus RS on real roads in Yorkshire.

US car companies are notorious for giving Europe their nicest little models IMO. I rode in a tiny little Chevy in France that absolutely BLEW MY MIND, but would never be offered in the US because of its diminutive size. Subaru (Japan, I know) offered some really nice versions of the Impreza in the UK that never made it across the pond as well.
north america missed out on the r32 vw golf which was like close to 275hp i believe, and alot of the wrx specialty models as well
