Canon SD4500 IS

Yesterday, Canon released a couple of updated PowerShot cameras and there’s really only one that stands out among them in my opinion. It’s the PowerShot SD4500 IS. It films in 1080p HD (unlike the S95′s 720p HD limit) and also features Canon’s first slow-motion video capture mode allowing it to take fast frame-rate videos at 240fps. At this point, I haven’t read anything about the limits of the 240fps recording mode, so I just hope that it’s not limited to crappy 640×480 sized video.

My only gripe about this camera is that it doesn’t come in black.

240fps is at 320×240 …and NOT 128×96 LOL… but 128×96 will be available in the next year’s model which will offer 1080 60i or 720 30p video LOL fuck canon …. was it hard to paint it black or is black pain more expensive and is reserved only for their “serious big boy photography” line? fuck canon again…. idiots. got rid of the 2.0 lens and wide angle.
