I have also never commented, but this brings me to tears. If you pause the video at the half second mark as show pulls back, you can see that she has a giant grin on her face. Sociopaths like her and the person filming need to be locked up with the key thrown away. If she is a juvenile, I will be sick to my stomach when she gets probation as every juvenile seems to get.

I will admit this is a sick video, but it annoys me to no end when the internet goes on a crusade to fight back at people like this. What does one hope to accomplish by scouring the ends of the Earth to find her name and address? Sending her useless death threats that won’t be carried out? Sending pizza boxes to her house? maybe point the authorities in her direction? No court would give even somebody like this more than a few years in prison, it isn’t like she’s throwing little children into a river, for craps sake. I always see so many comments like “this person should be thrown into a river and run over by a car at the same time, see how they like it” when in a legal sense, the death penalty, if legal in her state, would not even be on the mind of any judge. And until she targets humans, she probably won’t get a major penalty of any kind. And until she targets humans, or heck, even animals that aren’t from her own pet, whatever cheap penalty she gets will probably be justified, except in the eyes of people who love animals(and are probably biased on the matter of punishment she should receive)
She threw, what, 6 or 7 puppies into the river? That is six charges of cruelty to animals.

@Jason A., I agree with your viewpoint that in the legal sense she would not deserve the death penalty; however, cruelty to animals is linked to violence against people, and she is in definite need of psychological help. While I do not condone people actively pursuing her identity and living address to deliver what I can only imagine would be some type of vigilante justice, I hope that whoever does know her and knows about this would report it to the proper authorities.

This probably happens everywhere all the time to all sorts of litters because of irresponsible pet owners not neutering or spaying their pets. If you feel awful after seeing this, it might make you feel a bit better to donate some money to your local animal clinic that does low-cost or free spaying/neutering and public advocacy.
