The Arcade Fire just put out one of the coolest music video concepts I’ve seen in a very long time. Together with Google Chrome and Chris Milk, the band made this interactive music video for their single “We Used To Wait” that fuses Google Maps imagery with browser windows of a kid running down the street. It’s utterly fantastic and you should definitely check it out at The Wilderness Downtown.
Just note that it only works in Google Chrome and requires a pretty robust computer to run smoothly. If you’ve got all that, then you’re all set!
