Ever since first grade when I accidentally stumbled upon a book called Finding the Titanic, I’ve been fascinated with this famous shipwreck. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to travel down there today and check it out. I bet it would be creepy and exactly like the video above taken by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution’s Advanced Imaging and Visualization Laboratory team.

Windows. Very cool.
Cool video- horrible music choice. What’s with that constant droning? It made my head spin. I just turned it down and kicked James Horner up instead.
I used to have that same book when I was a kid…it too led to my interest in the disaster. When I was young and would go swimming I’d go to the deep end and just let myself slowly sink to the bottom with my eyes closed, imagining that I was sinking the whole 2.5 miles to the ship. I always got the willies and started swimming back to the surface before reaching the bottom.
