LOL, oops! Looks like Volvo’s blaming the failure of their pedestrian detection system (and anti-collision system) on the improper placement of a test dummy. We’ll see if that excuse flies in court!
You might remember also that the Volvo S60 had a similar problem detecting objects in front of it during another crash test.
