A man named Todd Bieber has made a video showing off some lost photos he encountered while walking through Prospect Park during NYC’s last big blizzard of 2010. Todd believes the people who the roll of film belongs to are international travelers — maybe from Holland or Russia — who simply do not know that they’ve lost a roll of film.
