Man, if this film doesn’t accurately describe my current state of affairs, then I don’t think any film ever will.
So what does that mean for you if you want to see Blue Valentine? Well, it means be prepared for a very, very normal story with phenomenal acting. But it probably won’t be your favorite movie. It certainly isn’t up there on my list.
