Also, I didn’t know the Boys and Girls Club of Harlem owned this building. It sounds like they’re getting a pretty sweet deal by not paying any property taxes. But I guess that comes at a particular price of having the entire community hate them for leaving this former public school totally abandoned and undeveloped (and unused too).
