The C60 Music Player

The Boston IDEO office has created this C60 music player that uses RFID tags embedded in physical cards to make mixtapes. It’s an idea that attempts to put the physical nature back into creating mixtapes which have largely become an act of clicking and dragging files on a computer. It’s kind of a low-tech + high-tech mixture that I’m not quite sure will go far beyond this conceptual state. But what do I know…
