Ha. I’ve been using my Manfrotto 3-way adjustable head and Panoramic add-on (5 lb chuck of machined metal) as a stabilizer. It works surprisingly well, but it doesn’t have a long enough adjustment lever to use like this guy does. The extra weight and lower center of gravity goes a long way for stabilization tho.
