    Hmm same thing happened to me with my new iPad which I have had for about 1 month but different results – Apple said sorry looks like you dropped it but I NEVER did EVER!!! I am as careful with my iPad as I would be with a newborn baby! Apple let me down after I have bought so many products from them!
