The Malaysian Jungle Nymph: one of the world’s largest insects

OMG! I nearly jumped out of my chair when I first started playing this video above of a giant Malaysian Jungle Nymph. The critter measures in at about 6 inches long and is considered one of the biggest insects in the world!

Man, goosebumps everywhere on me right now. I hate bugs and insects and I hate giant bugs and insects even more.

    Beautiful! i used to keep praying mantises as pets. very sweet insects. this one is fascinating.
