It looks like Felice Cohen’s 90-square-foot apartment has been bested by this 78-square-foot apartment located in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen. Rent is $750 and it barely fits a bed and a table, but somehow this man (Luke Clark Tyler) makes it work. Is it any surprise that he’s an architect?
I’m kind of curious what I can do if I really tried with room (it looks about the same size as this guy’s).

To be fair, this apartment doesn’t have a bathroom, unlike Felice Cohen. This apartment is gorgeous. Way more organized than the one belonging to the professional organizer. She has wayyy too much crap.
$750 for that is why new york city is retarded. but other than that, this is great.
