See here: this is the world’s largest digital back with a capture sensor measuring 8″x10″. The monster is created by photographer Mitchell Feinberg and while he notes that the image quality isn’t particularly good or large (it only creates an image that’s 3285 x 2611 pixels large), it is an incredibly feat in and of itself because of the fact that he paid for this and sourced its creation on his own.

Interestingly enough, Mitchell doesn’t have plans to sell this. He’s got two for himself but he says that if he ever were to put this into production that the unit would definitely be in the low 6-figures.
