This is one of the craziest videos I’ve seen lately. It’s an extreme “sport” called Hajwalah that is somewhat popular in Saudi Arabia. From the looks of it, the sport involves taking a standard sedan and drifting it as if it were tricked out to be a drift racecar. If you have passengers, you can tell them to hang out the window and shoot automatic rifles into the air because that’s part of the sport as well. [via]
All in all, this is some crazy and dangerous road shenanigans. I wouldn’t be surprised if somebody has died doing this before.

fyi- the technique they are using to initiate the drift is called the scandinavian flick. where you toss the car to one direction for a split second the transfer weight to one side and instantly turn the other way to throw the momentum and weight to the other letting the car drift.
