Bathing on a water pipe over a sewage drain in India

The Frame has a post about cold weather coming over India and one of the photos that really caught my eye was this one above showing two men bathing on a water pipe above a sewage drain. This looks like such a fascinating place to photograph anything. I want to go there. I have the travel bug right now…!!!
