Chicago restaurant serves edible helium balloon

A restaurant in Chicago named Alinea serves a special treat that is basically a helium-filled floating bubble. It’s not exactly a balloon, but I can see how it can be confused as such. And yes, it does make you sound funny.

One Response to Chicago restaurant serves edible helium balloon

  1. Hi, This is a pretty crazy idea, for two reasons. First – food in the shape of a balloon, brilliant.
Second – Encouraging people to inhale helium, do they not know how dangerous that can be, I’d say that was a lawsuit waiting to happen, not so brilliant.
