I’m not an engineer, so while this may be common knowledge to some who studied this field, this to me is sort of like rocket science. But Bill Hammack explains it so simply that I feel like I can probably explain this to somebody else now too. I won’t so I’ll just let you watch the video above on how an accelerometer is made — or etched — out from a piece of silicon.
