Pig intestines move on their own?
Maybe someone was pulling it and letting go from another end. Technically, your intestines have a nervous system (the enteric nervous system) that can act independently from your central nervous system. They’re intestines because of the characteristic arterial arcades (which are embedded in the mesentery, the membranes attached).
