I’ve fully enjoyed Brian Lam’s writings and videos from this past week surrounding his expedition to the Aquarius Reef Base, an underwater scientific lab that does very important work to make sure our reefs and oceans are kept at the forefront of science and technology. Brian’s been able to bring to readers videos from the various Aquarius Reef Base missions and this one above is particularly interesting to me because it explains how sponges in coral reefs are measured for any number of data. These missions look like so much fun and make me miss diving so much. I hope to get underwater soon and see some reefs like this. Or fish. Fish is ok too.
