This is such an interesting project! Two guys, Noah Fecks and Paul Wagtouicz, are cooking and photographing their way through the entire archive of Gourmet Magazine recipes. It’s a unique way to look back in American history and they anticipate that it will take them about 15 years to complete the project at the rate they’re going. WOW. Eat up!
