This is kind of scary. A PATH escalator at Exchange Place suddenly changed direction while people were on it yesterday. It’s hard to think quickly on your feet when this happens but I couldn’t help but notice the people riding the HANDRAIL (which was still going the correct direction) and being saved from the pile-up below them.
