Billie Tweets is a website that pays tribute to Michael Jackson by grabbing the lyrics of “Billie Jean” from tweets on Twitter. This is by far one of the most creative tributes to Michael Jackson that I’ve seen yet. Thanks Chris!
Video Bay

The Pirate Bay has launched an early beta version of their brand-new video site called Video Bay. The site is supposedly everything that YouTube is without any of the copyright restrictions on content — which basically means that you can upload anything and not worry about it being taken down.
At the moment, it seems like NOTHING is working on the site (but that’s ok since it’s a beta anyway). I’m kinda excited for this site to launch because I’ll then be able to search for a TV program or music video without seeing that stupid “removed for copyright restrictions” notice.
1 million giraffes

One Million Giraffes is on a mission to collect 1 million unique images of giraffes from people all over the world — just to prove a friend wrong. At the time of this post, they are less than 1% to their goal with 5687 giraffes collected, but you can help bring that number a bit higher by submitting your own drawing today.
Some of the drawings look like I drew them (meaning they’re terrible but very funny).
YouTube unveils movie trailers page

YouTube has finally dedicated an actual page for movie trailers, which is welcome news because I hate relying on YouTube users to upload trailers properly (because most can’t).
This is sure to rival Apple’s own movie trailers page once more trailers are added. And surprisingly, all of the studios are allowing the videos to be embedded which is nice.
