Altadena Works, the bag company which I raved about earlier, has released a new color of both their 801 Teardrop Backpack and the 802 tube-shaped rucksack.
Like all Altadena Works bags, these new bags are also made of heavyweight, water repellent canvas duck, Horween leather, military spec nylon webbing, YKK coil zippers and metal hardware in black oxide finish. Definitely something to feast your eyes on. Check out the gallery below.

I’ve been on a bit of a bag streak lately and Acquire’s latest post about California-based bag company Altadena Works fits right in line with the kind of bags I love. Altadena Works currently has two bag designs available — the 801 Teardrop backpack ($225) and the 802 tube-shaped rucksack ($275).
The teardrop backpack looks like a dependable everyday bag while the rucksack could be saved for those long weekend trips or those hikes through the forest. The teardrop backpack fits items up to a 15.5″ laptop (MacBook Pro fits nicely) and it is constructed of heavy water-repellent canvas just like the larger rucksack. Check them both out over at Altadena Works.
