While other Batmobiles in existence are more or less regular cars underneath the shell, Casey Putsch of Putsch Racing went the next step and actually built one with a working jet turbine engine — just like the one in the movie.
Warner Bros. is apparently funding the making of this documentary on the Batmobile design through the ages. Seeing them all in one take is pretty stunning.
This video was disappointing.
While I don’t particularly like his taste in music, I do like Justin Bieber’s taste in cars. His Batmobile Cadillac is bomb.com.
So…Justin Bieber has a Batmobile. Well, sort of. He’s got a $60,000 Cadillac CTS-V souped up with a matte black exterior and several Batman-esque decorations. It was done by Ryan Friedlinghaus of West Coast Customs. Pretty rad. I’d drive it. You can see more photos here.
