I like this picture because it is more or less symmetrical (the flags, the folded hands of Gore and Biden, the lights above the men at the table) and it is super-American looking. I mean, here are three of America’s most powerful men each dwarfed by a tall American flag on a pole. Look at those suits, pressed and cleaned like no other. This picture is full of awesome.

Barack Obama’s campaign has launched a website at Change.gov to clearly map out the road to the White House. The site calls itself the Office of the President-Elect which frankly, is something I’ve never heard of before. I’m sure it’s made up, but if I’m wrong, somebody please correct me.
Regardless of my thoughts, this is a clear example of how Obama won over the internet generation, launching websites like this to connect directly with the people. It’s comforting in a way to know that your next President is so open to forms of communication like this.

Electronic Arts made this election coverage video using characters in the upcoming Sims 3 game. Kinda funny if you ask me, although Biden does have a bit too much hair here.
Anyway, The Sims 3 is set to be released on February 20, 2009. That date can’t come soon enough!

Joe Biden’s smile is infectious. When he smiles, I can’t help but think “Gee, his smile is so big and goofy-looking that it’s making me laugh!”
If you’ve ever seen videos of Biden, you’ll know that he launches into that great, big smile out of nowhere. One second he’s straight-faced, and the next his pearly whites are taking over. But seriously, doesn’t his smile remind you of the disappearing Cheshire Cat from Alice In Wonderland? I’ve put the image above together for comparison. Somebody needs to dress Biden in a purple striped suit for Halloween.
