I saw this on TV today and I thought it was pretty funny. A bit random too I guess, but that’s partially why it’s funny. Look at that soda just fall. Shame.

How ships get launched into the sea

According to what I just watched on YouTube, there are really only 2 ways to put a ship into water. You either drop it in (for lifeboats and other small watercraft) or you slide it in. Now, there are 2 ways (also according to what I’ve just watched on YouTube) that you can slide a ship into water. You can have it go in one end first and gradually have the whole ship in water, or you can push the entire ship from one of its sides and watch as the ship violently rocks back and forth waiting for buoyancy to take over.

Carnival Cruise Lines unleashes giant beach ball onto Dallas

Carnival Cruise Lines showed off to the entire world just how much fun they can have by shooting a commercial in Dallas, TX using 2 giant beach balls. The 3-story high beach balls were unleashed to a crowd below on the street at Pegasus Park on October 26, 2008.
John Heald, Carnival Cruise Lines’ Senior Cruise Director oversaw the Guinness World Record attempt.
