Southwest Airlines plane catches fire upon landing

On May 12, 2009 at around 7:45PM, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300 (flight WN519) caught fire while landing at Hobby airport in Houston. The flight was inbound from New Orleans when one of its tires burst into flames.
This video shows passengers and crew immediately evacuating the plane as emergency crews came to put the fire out. Nobody was seriously injured although it is reported that 2 people suffered minor injuries.
My question is just who was filming the plane landing at the airport? It definitely looks like it’s taken from a helicopter or another plane in the air.

Filmed at 7000 fps. Yeah. Can you name anything else you’ve seen lately that was filmed at 7000 frames per second?
