Oh my goodness, this grizzly bear bean bag from Chic Sin Design is totally awesome! [via]
The grizzly bear bean bag looks like a hibernating grizzly bear and the great thing is that the bear won’t wake up if you sit or lay on him. The bear continues to sleep FOREVER. If you act fast, you too can get a hibernating sleeping bear for $135 (down from the original $159 price). Yay! I want one!
Check out the awesome photos below.

Leif.designpark designed this Hug Lounge Sofa for De La Espada. It was intended to sort of simulate a hug through the use of large cushions on all sides of the seat. It certainly looks comfy, but I know for a fact that this is way beyond my price range (not even gonna bother looking at the price). [via]

The desk above is called the P.-D.G. desk by French designer Maurice Calka. The desk was targeted to the richest of clients and people in senior management. In fact, the name itself was an acronym for “Président Directeur Générale”, which pointed directly at someone in higher positions within a company.
In his lifetime, Maurice Calka was known to only have made about 4 or 5 of these desks but Sotheby’s currently has one previously unknown desk up for auction for over 100,000 USD. Bid on it if you want to own a small niche item in furniture design history. [via]

The Future Perfect is selling this custom-made chair by Hugh Hayden that is made entirely out of colorful playpen balls. The price isn’t listed but you can call to inquire about pricing (this pretty much guarantees that the chair is too expensive for most of us). No idea how much weight this chair can hold, but assuming that the balls are standard playpen balls, I’d suggest that this chair be bought as eye candy only. [via]

The Workbay is a chair designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for Vitra. It features a large overhead canopy (similar to a hood) that surrounds the occupant’s head, allowing for limited isolation from the noise and view of the surrounding setting.
I’m posting this because at the moment, I’d love one of these chairs just so I can stop the sunlight from blinding me as it comes through the window.
