This is the police dashcam video of a 7-year-old Utah boy who stole his father’s car because he didn’t want to go to church. That’s one way to get out of it, I guess. [via]
Man and a dog on a motorcycle on Broadway
June 6, 2009 @ 1:59 pm

I’ve actually seen this same guy and his dog on Broadway before but I never got a chance to photograph the two of them. Looks like Harvey beat me to it! Seriously though, how awesome is this? That dog looks like he’s got everything under control. Good boy!
Police chase goes in circles

Drunk driver thought police were Nazis
February 24, 2009 @ 1:51 am
“Get off of me Nazi Germany!”
This is so bizarre, even for a person who’s drunk. If you look at the timestamp, this chase went on for about 25 minutes before finally ending at a Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport parking area.
Best Ford Fiesta review ever
December 12, 2008 @ 1:34 am
Funko is sharing this Top Gear review of the Ford Fiesta (a car we do not have in the US) that takes the idea of a proper Q&A session quite literally. Questions are flashed on the screen and then followed up by road tests that go about answering that question.
Things like whether or not you can outrun a Corvette inside a shopping mall are answered by, well, showing the Fiesta chased inside a shopping mall by a Corvette! And should you ever find yourself in a situation where you are needed with the Fiesta to help the Royal Marines, you’ll be happy to know that not only can the Fiesta hold up, but smoke grenades fit perfectly in the cup holders as well!
All in all, a great video review of the Ford Fiesta and definitely the most thorough test of any car I’ve ever seen.
Washington Mutual becomes the biggest bank failure in history
September 25, 2008 @ 11:31 pm

I don’t quite understand the whole economy right now, but all of this talk of banks failing sounds incredibly scary. The New York Times is reporting that Washington Mutual was just seized by the United States Government and sold to JP Morgan Chase. At the time of the sale, Washington Mutual’s total assets were worth an estimated $307 billion (which is to say, WaMu is a $307 billion failure).
Should I be doing anything?
