Fish still moving after being cooked

Did you know that a fish’s scales can resist heat up to about 700 degrees Fahrenheit? Yeah, it’s a pretty remarkable little known fact that allowed this fish above to remain alive even after it’s been cooked.

If you believed that first sentence, you fail. I was just kidding. But the above video IS of a fish that is still moving after being cooked. Cantonese people in the background of course.

Check this out! Using mountains of trash covered by a green protective nets, photographer Yau Lu has created a new series called New Landscapes that is inspired by the look of traditional Chinese paintings. [via]

Starting December 12th, these photographers will be on display at the Bruce Silverstein Gallery in Chelsea.
