Wow, check out these beautiful pieces of art by Chinese artist Yang Yongliang. They depict cities built on top of and around mountains in the hills of China. The placement of them inside a circle reminds me of Afterlight.
According to this collection of album cover designs from Josh Smith, a lot of album covers these daysa incorporate abstract designs within circles. He’s charted them out here. Maybe this is why I’m so oddly drawn to the circle on my Instagram. [via]

I really love that my Instagram now looks like this.
I love this measuring tape by Sunghoon Jung called The Hole Measuring Tape. It has space on the measuring portion to draw straight lines and tiny circles for convenient measuring later without the tape itself.
