An Australian designer (living in America) has taken it upon himself to create this great looking map of the Eisenhower Interstate System with an obvious homage to the classic London Underground map.

The Google Chrome team and Motion Theory have come together to offer this very pleasant look at some of Google Chrome’s revolutionary browser features. All of the UI enhancements of Google Chrome are shown as colored blocks and it’s quite wonderful when paired with the music.

I’m looking to sell my hybrid road bike to replace it with a single-speed bike instead. The gears are nice and all, but I find myself hardly ever changing them in the city. And the simplicity of a single-speed would definitely cut down on maintenance (not that I had to really worry about that anyway).
But anyway, my good friend rides single-speed and he seems to love it, so I’d certainly be willing to “switch”.
So…that gives me a perfect reason to post pictures of this beautiful Swobo Del Norte single-speed bike. Of course, it’s expensive because it’s Swobo (listing at $739), but this isn’t too far from what I would like in a bike.
Look at how nice that red chain looks though. I’d like a colored chain on my bicycle.
