Is this not one of the most touching videos you’ve ever seen? [via]
Dad catches foul ball and daughter throws it back
September 17, 2009 @ 12:59 am

Steve Monforto was at a Phillies game on Tuesday night when he caught his first foul ball only to have his daughter throw it back toward the playing field. The video is incredibly heartwarming so I suggest you enjoy it while it’s up.
The MLB has been actively hunting to take down this video from all major video outlets, so the only place to watch it is at the MLB website.
Mom gets surgery to look like her daughter
April 20, 2009 @ 2:36 pm

If you looked at the picture above and guessed that the one on the left is the mother of the one on the right, then give yourself a pat on the back. If you also guessed that the mother (left) is 50+ years old, then good, because you’re already two steps ahead of everyone else.
Janet Cunliffe was so saddened by the natural aging of her body that she has spent over $12,000 USD to look more like her younger daughter, Jane.
The Daily Mail has lots more photos of what Janet looked like before surgery if you want to compare. Kinda sickening if you ask me. And if I could be superficial for just a few moments, I’d have to actually say that the surgery is making the mom look better than the daughter (but honestly, I don’t find either very attractive).
Thanks Pam!

Steven Curtis Chapman grows a beard and posts a video update
October 14, 2008 @ 11:46 pm
Multi-award winning Christian singer/song-writer Steven Curtis Chapman has posted a new video to let all of his YouTube subscribers know that he is still alive and well. This is one of the first videos he has posted in about 5 months since the death of his daughter back in May of this year. He says he is encouraged by the good words and people that have been supportive of his family since the tragic accident.
Man, this guy truly is inspiring and strong. Definitely somebody I look up to.
