Kid Sister’s debut album has been 3 years in the making and after a few setbacks the album has finally been released to the public. Despite what most people think (because of the singles that she’s released), Ultraviolet is not a hip-hop album. It’s more of an electro-pop-dance album with hip-hop influence. So if that’s ok with you, you should give the album a try and buy the album on Amazon.com.

Julian Casablancas – Phrazes For The Young
November 11, 2009 @ 7:24 pm
Julian Casablancas has been a busy man. Over the past few years, he’s been a guest artist on a number of different projects outside of his band The Strokes and now he’s finally got his own solo debut album to add to his list of achievements. The new album is called Phrazes For The Young and it’s obviously got Julian’s characteristic singing voice on every track. It’s short (only 8 tracks) and I wouldn’t go and say it’s anything as revolutionary as The Strokes when they first emerged on the scene, but the album is still worthy of an ear.
If you want to hear it, you can click the image above or buy the album on Amazon.com.

John Mayer’s Battle Studies leaked
November 9, 2009 @ 12:52 am
John Mayer’s upcoming album is supposed to hit shelves on November 17th, but it looks like some anxious fans (or not) have leaked his album just over a week before its release date.
It’s pretty classic Mayer stuff, which means it’s good, so you can either hear it now (you know what to do above) or wait until November 17th to buy it.
