If you can actually make these sort of videos in The Sims 3 (which comes out next week!!!), then I think I’ll have fun playing it.
The Sims 3 for Mac/Win leaked early!
May 17, 2009 @ 9:58 pm

The next installment of one of the most successful game franchises ever has just been leaked about 2 weeks ahead of its release date.
That’s right, The Sims 3 is now available as a torrent. The group responsible for the leak is RELOADED who, I believe, were also responsible for Spore’s early leak onto the internet. Oh well, can’t keep everything under wraps…
See the NFO files at The Pirate Bay and Mininova and get “testing”.
Somebody at Electronic Arts is hearing it right now I’m sure.
The Sims 3 will be released on June 2
February 4, 2009 @ 9:20 am

Here’s the official box art for The Sims 3 on PC and Mac. Electronic Arts announced yesterday that the game will be released on June 2. CNET is saying that the game will be out first on PC and then subsequently on Mac, iPod touch, and iPhone, but I have reason to believe that the game will launch worldwide on all intended platforms on the same date.
Anyway, mark the date, June 2 is the day nobody will do any work.
Palin and Biden duke it out in this Sims 3 video
October 31, 2008 @ 9:07 pm
Electronic Arts made this election coverage video using characters in the upcoming Sims 3 game. Kinda funny if you ask me, although Biden does have a bit too much hair here.
Anyway, The Sims 3 is set to be released on February 20, 2009. That date can’t come soon enough!
BOOM BLOX: A Steven Spielberg/EA Game for the Wii
February 12, 2008 @ 3:18 am

Steven Spielberg has teamed up with Electronic Arts (EA) to make a video game for the Nintendo Wii called BOOM BLOX.
BOOM BLOX is more or less a virtual Jenga set on your television screen. The game was developed with the help of Steven Spielberg mostly to incorporate a “real” sense of how blocks should fall and explode around each other. Since Spielberg is a master at this type of stuff in movies, it wasn’t too far-fetched of an idea to get him in on a game that sort of (ok, very loosely) incorporates this. Read more about the game from EA’s press release.
From the video above, this looks to be like a very fun group game for the Wii. The game is expected to be released sometime in May 2008. Whee!

Like most Nintendo games, BOOM BLOX includes a bunch of odd game characters…like this chicken.
