I’ve been following the NYU occupation all week and I’ve been saying that the whole thing was a complete failure from the beginning. Not only did many of the NYU students who were protesting and sitting in leave once things got tough, it appears from the video above that there was also a big disagreement within the group itself on how things should be handled. The person behind the camera is eagerly trying to get his fellow students together to talk things out but of course, the whole thing was just planned so badly that nobody even bothered to pay any attention to him.
In the end, the NYU occupation accomplished just about nothing while effectively creating lots of noise and getting at least 18 students suspended. Nice job. If those FAIL stickers were big enough, I’d stick one giant one around the entire school.

I don’t know about you, but this irony in its finest form. Also, who puts a FAIL sticker over somebody with their eyes open?
Guys who robbed Soulja Boy are incomprehensible

You may have heard that Soulja Boy was robbed at gunpoint on December 30th at his Georgia home. Ok, so what you say. Well, the guys who allegedly robbed him have posted a video online (on YouTube) about the incident in order to dispell some rumors that have been floating around about the break-in.
I can understand the need to disguise their identities and voices…but seriously…WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU SAYING?! This is ultimate come-back fail on the robbers part.
Will the new LED New York City streetlamps fail?

With all the talk of failing LED bulbs and malfunctioning LED signals at New York City crosswalks, I wonder if these new proposed LED streetlamps will last as long as they say they will. They sure look awesome compared to the current ones lining most city streets, and I love the fact that they can be tweaked for different types of uses like street corners, mid-block, and city parks.
But most of all, I’m awaiting the day when New York City doesn’t appear orange-ish at night because these new LED lamps will make the city shine white!
