KATSU uses a fire extinguisher to paint a huge fill-in

October 27, 2009 @ 6:33 pm

AnimalNY just posted a new video of graffiti writer KATSU doing a fill-in using a fire extinguisher. You can’t read a thing after it’s done, but I think the point is that it’s huge.

Anybody know what tunnel this is? I don’t recognize it at all (could be the Riverside Drive tunnels maybe?). If you know, fill me in.

If you missed the previous video of KATSU and MORAL spray painting the city, you can check that out here.

Heads up if you’ve got lots of money: the KRINK 8-liter spray applicator (fire extinguisher) is now available in silver for $1000.
If you recall, KRINK released the black version about a week ago.

Available very soon in limited editions of 20, the newly announced KRINK 8-liter applicator is probably one art tool that will get you into some significant trouble. Looks fun though, I suppose.

Holy crap, this is epic. Graffiti writers KATSU and MORAL used high pressure fire extinguishers filled with paint to cover large city walls with their tags. [via]

Remember that photo I posted on Twitter of the huge KATSU tag somewhere along Riverside Park? Well, this video above shows how that exact tag was done.
