Armour Homes demonstrated a new silo-house that can withstand the force of a car being dropped onto it. The demonstration was done in Greensburg, Kansas, a town that was devastated by tornadoes just two years earlier.

The houses being built by Armour Homes are said to be able to withstand winds as high as 200 miles per hour, essentially making them hurricane and tornado-proof.
