Here’s one of the very last remnants of Handsome Coffee Roasters, now in my possession, and forever cherished for the memories it played during my year-long stint living in Los Angeles. Today, the location still exists, but it is now operated and owned by Blue Bottle Coffee.
I guess a weird dream come true in some respects. Blue Bottle Coffee is looking to take over the DTLA Arts District space of Handsome Coffee Roasters. Two of the best in the game coming together (or actually, one of them just taking over).
These look so nice. One of the biggest things I miss about daily life in Los Angeles is sitting at Handsome Coffee Roasters in DTLA and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee while reading a book. Maybe if I can score one of these cups the feeling will return…
