Here is Diastema’s take on the whole balloon boy media fiasco. Of course, in this miniature world, the boy really was in the helium balloon and not hiding in some attic somewhere. [via]

As I’ve already mentioned, this whole balloon boy story seems to be getting better and better by the moment. Here’s a video (presumably released by the family) showing the Heene family involved in releasing the homemade helium balloon which eventually led to a desperate search for 6-year-old Falcon Heene who was believed to be trapped inside the balloon in mid-air.
It turns out however that the boy was hiding in the attic and that it was possibly all for show. Hmm…
