If you don’t own a TV (and you live in the US), Hulu may be your best friend on January 20, 2009 because Hulu will be streaming Barack Obama’s inaugural address live.
Unfortunately, if you live outside of the US, you’ll have to get your inaugural fix some other way. NewTeeVee has some suggestions on where to go if you want to watch it live on a site other than Hulu.

A librarian at the Library of Congress gave the press some rare footage of the Lincoln Inaugural Bible that Lincoln was sworn in on during his first inauguration on March 4, 1861.
As a tribute to the former President, Barack Obama will be sworn in on this same exact Bible on January 20, 2009 in front of the Lincoln Memorial. The Bible has survived very well for almost 150 years.
