netflix-free-month-trial

I have 4 free Netflix one-month trials to give away to 4 random readers who submit an outstanding joke via the comments below. One winning entry per IP/email address.

Netflix’s normal trial period lasts only 2 weeks and the codes I have allow you to get an entire month for free. A great deal for a great service. I’ve been a subscriber to Netflix for a long time and it’s currently the one service I pay for that I would have a hard time giving up. It’s addicting. Plus, there are tons of streaming movies available to watch ANYTIME.

So go ahead, tell me a funny joke below and maybe you’ll get a month of free movies from me courtesy of Netflix!

UPDATE: I forgot to say that comments can be submitted until Thursday @ 2PM EST. Sometime after that, I will choose 4 random comments below as the winners. If you win, you will be notified via email! Thank you! The jokes so far are very funny! :)

UPDATE #2: WINNERS ANNOUNCED BELOW!

Thank you all for the funny jokes! Here are the 4 winners, selected randomly via Random.org:

  • Clarence
  • Whitney
  • Morgan
  • Lucy

If your name is there and you did not receive an email from me, please contact me for more info! Thank you!

Barack Obama at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner

May 10, 2009 @ 1:29 am

The President Gets Laughs at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner from White House on Vimeo.

Embedded above is the video of Barack Obama at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this year which took place on May 9, 2009. He was genuinely funny and his jokes were filled with just the right amount of sass without going overboard. The video is just over 16 minutes long, but I think it’s worth watching from beginning to end. Our President is mad funny.

Thanks Paul!

Jimmy Kimmel visits a barber shop to test Barack Obama jokes

This is hilarious. I really want to see what kind of jokes these late-night hosts will crack when Barack Obama takes the Presidential seat.

Typographunnies: Jokes about fonts and typefaces

October 15, 2008 @ 11:29 am

Haha, I love Typographunnies. It’s just a website that compiles user-submitted jokes about a particular typeface. Sure, it’s cheesy, but that’s why it’s funny. I can totally see some ultra-geek somewhere pulling some of these out and having everybody around him/her go silent. Actually, that would be me.

Submit your own, vote on the ones already there, or just go over there and read the jokes now.
